To create a new ticket as a new user can be accomplished from the JDE Support Services web page.

Select the tab

Click the link

Open a New Ticket

Click the + sign to add a New Ticket

When submitting a ticket, please fill out the following fields:


Requester: the email address for the user

Requester: Name (First and Last Name)

User Name: (Userid)

Module: (please select module being affected)

Subject: Description of the problem

Priority:

  • Low : non – critical can be addressed at any time in the next 48 hrs
  • Medium: important and should be closed in the next 24 hrs
  • High: very important and should be addressed in the first 12 hrs
  • Urgent: system impacted, should be resolved in the next 4 hrs

Description: more detailed description of the issue. Please provide Program Names, Versions and Roles associated with the reported incident.

Attachments: any screen shots, reports, pdfs or documents that can further detail the issue and assist in resolution.
